Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly is Hiring a Customer Service Clerk Near Mayville, WI

Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly is a 100% employee owned grocery chain with 10 locations in Southeastern Wisconsin. We have been awarded “Top Workplace” by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for several years in a row. Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect:

SCOPE OF POSITION: Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, provides superior service to customers and employees of Fox Bros.

BASIC FUNCTION: Perform administrative, customer service and general housekeeping functions to ensure the front end of the store is well maintained, safe and running efficiently.

5. Meet and maintain position availability, attendance and punctuality expectations.

6. Able to work efficiently/effectively in a fast paced multi-changing work environment and embrace change.

7. Remember image is vital –therefore, good hygiene, wearing appropriate company apparel, name tag, hair nets where designated, and a smile is required. Remember, “Beat the Greet”.

8. Meet position productivity, accuracy, and quality, dependability and physical requirements.

9. Abide by company and department policies, practices and procedures.

10. Understand that one’s work schedule continues to be based upon store needs, the season, and includes working holidays, weekends, and varied work schedules and/or shifts, as warranted.

Position Specific Requirements:

1. Previous experience working as customer service in a retail/grocery environment. Prior experience working as a Front End Associate for Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly is most desirable.

2. Able to perform department operations, practices and procedures within a retail/grocery environment.

3. Be self-directed, results oriented, project a positive business image and lead by example.

4. Good attention to detail and follow through skills.

5. Good customer relations’ skills.

6. Meet department productivity, policy, standard operating procedures, quality and safety requirements.

7. Works efficiently with weights, measures, scales and tally unit product retail prices

8. Do basic computer entries required for this position.

9. Operate department equipment in a safe and efficient manner. (Must be 18 years of age to operate certain department equipment.)

10. Work hours required. This includes flexible shift schedules, overtime and weekends required.

11. Meet physical requirements.

EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED: Proficient skills in operation of scanners, cash registers, calculator and basic office equipment such as a fax, copier, etc.
